Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-02.2. Plain English on purpose; every section is the rule.
1. Who we are and what this is
3D Model Everything ("the service", "we") is operated by 3D Print Everything, Frisco, Texas. The service gives you a hosted AI agent that models parts in CAD software from your description and files, measures what it made and returns a model with a receipt of what it checked. These terms are a contract between you and us. Using the service means you accept them.
2. You are working with an AI
Every session is run by an AI agent, not a person. We tell you this at the start of every session. If you want a person to model or review a part, that is a separate service (section 9).
3. The agent can be wrong
The agent may misread your brief, produce incorrect geometry or wrong dimensions, or miss a feature. You must check the model yourself before you rely on it, machine it, print it or ship it.
4. No guarantee of manufacturability or safety
We do not guarantee that any model is manufacturable, fits, holds a tolerance or is structurally safe. The service is not a substitute for engineering validation and must not be used as one.
5. The receipt is the scope of what we stand behind
Each job returns a receipt listing what was measured, what passed, what the agent refused to do and why. The receipt is signed and you can verify it against our server. Anything not on the receipt is not checked and not warranted.
6. Credits, estimates and caps
The service is paid for with credits, bought in one-time packs at the price shown when you buy them. Each model step and tool step a job runs is charged to your balance as it happens, at a rate that depends on the model you choose, and every charge is listed on the receipt.
Before every run you see an estimate of the credits it will use (low, mid and high) and you set a cap. The run stops when the cap is reached; an overshoot of at most one model request is possible. A run that stops at the cap keeps the credits it used; you can start a new run with a higher cap.
7. Refunds
Credits used by a completed run are not refundable, because the charge reflects compute that was already spent on your job. Dissatisfaction with a finished model is not a refund ground.
If a run ends in a named refusal (the agent declined to claim something it could not verify) or in a fault on our side (a crash, a timeout, a service restart), the credits for that run are returned to your balance automatically, with no ticket required. The return is a line in your ledger and on the receipt.
Purchased credit packs are not refundable and do not expire while your account is in good standing. Free or promotional credits may expire on the date shown when they are granted.
Nothing in these terms removes refund rights you have under applicable law.
8. One-time packs, no subscriptions
We sell one-time credit packs. We do not sell subscriptions. If we ever offer one, we will state all of its terms before taking payment, ask for your express consent, give you a one-click way to cancel, and cancellation will stop the next charge rather than refund the last one.
9. Human modeling and review
Work by a person (modeling a part, reviewing the agent's model, fixing it) is quoted and billed separately on our custom-modeling terms, with a written scope, a revision count and a deliverable specification. It is never paid from your credit balance, and a human job is never affected by an AI-run dispute or the other way round.
10. Who may use the service, and for what
You must be 18 or older and located in a region we serve. We serve the regions where our model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI and Google) make their APIs available; we block sign-ups from other regions. You may not use the service to design weapons or their components, to attack critical infrastructure, or for any use banned by our model providers' usage policies, which apply to you through us. We may suspend an account that does, and credits in a suspended account are not refunded except where the law requires it.
11. Our providers can throttle or stop us
Our model providers can throttle or suspend service without notice. We are not liable for jobs delayed or stopped by them. Credits for runs that did not complete because of that are returned to your balance.
12. Your files and the agent's output
As between you and us, you own the files you upload and the models the agent returns to you. Your files and the agent's output are never used to train AI models. Our model providers may keep API traffic for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Findings from your job (what the agent refused, where it mismeasured, what it asked) are stripped of anything that identifies you or your part before they reach our team to improve the tool.
13. AI output may not be unique
Output produced by an AI agent may not be unique and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. You are responsible for how you use it and for checking that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
14. The records we keep
We record your acceptance of these terms (version, time and IP address), the price and refund notice you saw at checkout, each job's receipt and ledger, and when you downloaded a deliverable. We use those records to answer payment disputes and to investigate abuse.
15. Warranty and liability
Except for what section 5 says about the receipt, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profit, scrapped parts or machine time.
16. Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms; the version number and date change with them and you accept the new version the next time you sign in or buy credits. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are heard in the courts of Collin County, Texas. Questions go to hello@3dmodeleverything.com.
