Refund Policy

Version 2026-10-02.2. The short version of section 7 of the terms.

Completed runs

A run that finished and returned a receipt is not refunded. The credits paid for compute that was already spent on your job. Not liking the result is not a refund ground; the receipt tells you what was checked, and the human lane exists for what the agent could not do.

Refusals and faults

If the agent ends a run with a named refusal, or the run ends in a fault on our side (crash, timeout, restart, a provider outage), the run's credits go back to your balance automatically. You will see a "credit back" line in your ledger within a minute of the run ending. No ticket needed; if you think a run should have been credited back and was not, write to hello@3dmodeleverything.com with the job id.

Runs stopped at the cap, or cancelled by you

Credits used up to the stop are kept; nothing after it is charged.

Credit packs

Packs are one-time purchases, not refundable, and the credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. We do not sell subscriptions.

Your legal rights

Nothing here removes refund rights you have under the law where you live.
