Version 2026-10-02.2. What we keep, why, for how long, and who sees it.

What we collect

Your email address (it is your login), the IP address and browser of each sign-in, purchase and job, the files and text you give a job, the agent's steps and output, and your credit ledger. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store card numbers.

Why

To run your jobs, to bill them, to answer payment disputes with the records section 14 of the terms describes, to stop abuse, and to improve the tool from anonymised findings. We do not sell your data and we do not advertise to you.

Who sees it

Our model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) receive the text of your brief and the measured evidence the agent sends them; they may keep API traffic for up to 30 days and do not train on it. Stripe handles payment. Railway hosts the service. Our own team sees your account when you ask for help or when a dispute or abuse review needs it.

How long

Uploaded files and deliverables: 30 days after the job finishes, or sooner if you delete the job. Receipts, ledgers and acceptance records: as long as a card dispute can still be opened (about 18 months after the last purchase), then deleted or anonymised. Your account: until you ask us to close it.

Cookies

One session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.

Your rights

Email hello@3dmodeleverything.com to export or delete your data or close your account. Unused credits in a closed account are not refunded except where the law requires it.
